     When you have been offered a job with CARING:

                    Read and complete these forms.

     Step 3:   Click here to view and print the CARING medical forms.
                    Take these to your primary care provider to have them completed. 
                    A TB test or screening is required by your primary care provider.
                    A pre-employment drug screening is required and may be obtained at the CARING Office.

     Step 4:   Click here to view and print the CARING payroll form requirements.
                    Complete these forms.

To apply to be an intern or volunteer, please completed Steps 1, 2, and 3.  Do not do Step 4.
